Tattoo Contest Terms and Conditions

WE WILL AWARD 5 PRIZES ONCE WE HAVE A MINIMUM OF 100 ENTRIES

ALL submitted tattoo photos are subject to approval from Tatshirts.com
ALL submitted tattoo photos must be an actual tattoo on a person.
We will not accept any full frontal nudity shots so please click responsibly.
Tatshirts.com reserves the right to reject any submitted tattoo picture for any reason at any time.
Once the contest is over, the highest rated tattoos ( which are public) will be tallied and the winners will be announced. (At the end of the Summer)
You may only win once during the contest.
The winners will receive a $100 "gift card" to the tattoo shop of their choice. The winners tattoo shop choice MUST accept credit cards in order for us to hook you up. PLEASE PLAN IN ADVANCE! We will not be responsible if the fore mentioned criteria is not met.
You may submit as many pictures as you wish, just keep it clean and GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

Tatshirts.com Design Submission Legal Terms & Conditions

By selecting "Accept Terms" on the submission form and in consideration of Tatshirts.com evaluating your Design for it's possible use on clothing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

If your Design is selected for use by Tatshirts.com you acknowledge that you assign to StickyInk, LLC the entire right, title and interest in and to copyright in your Design including the right to sue for past Infringement and the right to further sub-license the Design, for its sole and exclusive use on and in connection with the items. You also acknowledge that you waive all "moral" rights that you may have in and to your design.

If your Design is selected, Tatshirts.com may use your Design in any manner on or in connection with the items, including but not limited to: reproducing the Design on the items, selling items bearing the design, changing or reworking the design by making color or size changes, making derivative works of the design, using the Design on Tatshirts.com website and on promotional material for Tatshirts.com and registering the design with the US Copyright Office in the name of StickyInc, LLC as the claimant, and you as the author. You agree to provide Tatshirts.com with minimal information as may be required in order to register the copyright in the Design if Tatshirts.com so requests, at no cost.

You may use or continue to use the Design for any other purposes, except those described below.

If your Design is selected, you may not use the Design or allow others to use the Design on any items, as described above. In addition, by submitting your design, you may not reproduce, sell, or submit the Design to others for any commercial purpose for ninety (90) days after the date of submission while the Design is being evaluated by Tatshirts.com once the ninety (90) days have passed, if your Design is not chosen for print by Tatshirts.com, you are free to use the design for any use commercial or non-commercial purpose. However, if your Design is used elsewhere , you must notify Tatshirts.com by E-Mail at

In addition, if the Design is used or reproduced for commercial purposes elsewhere, you cannot use the Tatshirts.com blogs to promote the products and services of any company that is in competition with Tatshirts.com. Tatshirts.com reserves the right to choose your design after ninety (90) days have passed, on the condition that the design has not been used for commercial purposes on any items, as described above.

You acknowledge that the Design you are as signing to Tatshirts.com is your own original work, has not been previously published, and does not contain any trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or any other intellectual property belonging to any third party, or any material, which Tatshirts.com in it's sole descretion, deems to be profane or offensive.

You Acknowledge that Tatshirts.com reserves the right to decline to select a Design for any reason We see fit.

If your design is printed on a shirt by Tatshirts.com, you will receive a 0 Cash Prize within 45 days of it being printed.

Tatshirts.com reserves the right to change these terms at anytime.

You will be responsible for any taxes as a result of receiving payment from Tatshirts.com.

Participants, who in the opinion of Tatshirts.com, do not comply with these legal terms and conditions at the sole discretion of Tatshirts.com can be excluded without notice.

Design Guidelines

DUE TO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT AT NO TIME MAY AN ARTIST SUBMIT A DESIGN FEATURING A FAMOUS PERSONS IMAGE OR LIKENESS TO ANY TATSHIRTS.COM CONTEST. IT WILL BE REJECTED.

YOU MAY HOWEVER UPLOAD A DESIGN FEATURING A FAMOUS PERSONS IMAGE OR LIKENESS TO YOUR PROFILE PAGE.

AS MUCH AS IT IS AN HONOR, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY DESIGNS WITH A TATSHIRTS.COM LOGO. THANK YOU FOR THINKING OF US THOUGH!

Due to the printing process for the t - shirts, most images will have to be touched up using some sort of computer program, IE, photoshop, adobe illustrator.

The design itself will not be altered in anyway shape or form, if anything the lines will be strengthened and the colors solidified.

Our suggestions:

   1. You should scan your original image at AT LEAST 300 dpi.
   2. The smaller your original image the greater the dpi should be set.
   3. Save it twice, once as a TIFF and one as a JPEG. The TIFF will be the one you send to us if your design wins, the JPEG is the one that you submit to tatshirts.com.
   4. If you are using a photo enhancing program, save your working files as a TIFF and DO NOT flatten any layers.

Other wise see below please

    * Designs should be in .jpg format and MUST BE no larger than 500px X 538px and 500kB.
    * You may view the availabe shirt colors for both men's and ladies' style shirts.
    * Copy and Paste your desired shirt color into your graphics program and include the color as the background of your design.
    * If you do not select a t-shirt color, tatshirts.com reserves the right to choose, at their will, the color of the t-shirt without your consent.
