Customer Service

I's like to think that we here at Tatshirts.com have a pretty good rep when it comes to handling customer issues. So far so good anyway!

SOOOOOOO WHY THE HELL CAN'T CUSTOMER BASED BUSINESS DO THE SAME?!?!?!!

I'm not going to name names here but let's break down the evening shall we?

1. A certain vehicle is supposed to be at a certain pick up point at 6:15.

2. I arrive at 6:00. Punctual Paul over here.......

3. No show 6:15

4. Check website on my mighty Thunderbolt, next arrival 6:45

5. 6:45, no arrival.

6. in the mean time between on hold with "customer service"

7. 22 minutes later I get through.

8. 5 seconds later get hung up on.

I would go on but I'm getting pissed again. So my 11 hour work day became a 15 hour day due to others stupidity and ignorance. I'm leaving out the drive thru window fiasco at BK as well.

We are doomed people and it's only going to get worse so keep you real friends close cause that's all we're going to have left soon AND record the nightly news in CT for the next few days. Look for a big guy with a long goatee and tattoos who finally snapped on someone who should have been wearing a tin foil helmet.
